1. Scope of Services

CareTechMobile (CareTechMobile Digital Solutions) specializes in enterprise-grade Next.js web platforms, Meta-approved WhatsApp conversational bots, cloud point-of-sale systems, and local SEO optimizations. Every deployment is governed by a mutually verified Scope of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final settlement of project fees, all bespoke application source code, designs, and content created specifically for the client transfer to client ownership. Reusable internal utility modules and architectural templates remain the intellectual property of CareTechMobile.

3. Payment & Delivery

• Projects initiate upon receipt of the agreed upfront milestone deposit.
• Final production deployment and credential handoff occur upon complete settlement of the invoice.
• Out-of-scope feature requests or third-party API licensing costs (e.g., Meta WhatsApp template fees) are billed separately.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in South India (Palakkad / Coimbatore).
